Founded by movers, not a call center.
MoveMax was established in 2023 by professionals who had already spent years at other moving companies. We saw what goes wrong and built a company to do it right.
We learned the trade the hard way, so you do not have to
MoveMax was founded by a team of professionals who gained extensive experience working at different moving companies. We have seen firsthand what works and what doesn't, and we started MoveMax because we know exactly what needs to be done and how to do it right.
Our combined years of industry experience mean we understand every aspect of the moving process, from the initial planning and packing to the final delivery and setup. We brought the best practices from several companies together to build a better moving experience.
Today we are proud to deliver the kind of service that only comes from true expertise. Our team knows the challenges you face during a move, and we have the skills and experience to handle them professionally and efficiently.

Customers know our movers by name
Kai, Ulan, and Austin show up in our Google reviews more often than the company does. That is how it should be.
“Kai and Ulan did an outstanding job. Fast, professional, punctual, and incredibly hardworking.”
Dinesh M., Wheeling“Austin and Ulan moved all of my stuff from a third-floor unit to another third-floor unit. They didn't complain once.”
