How do I get a moving quote?
Fill out our contact form with your move details (origin, destination, approximate size) and we will respond within a few hours with a transparent estimate. You can also call us directly for an immediate phone quote.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks ahead, especially during peak season (May through September). However, we do accommodate last-minute moves when availability allows.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. All moves include basic liability coverage at no extra charge. We also offer full-value protection plans for additional peace of mind. Ask your moving coordinator for details.
Do you provide packing materials?
Absolutely. We supply boxes, tape, bubble wrap, wardrobe boxes, and specialty crating for fragile items. You can add packing services when you request your quote.
What items can you not move?
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials (flammables, explosives, corrosives), perishable food, or personal documents like passports. We recommend keeping valuables and medications with you.
How is pricing determined?
Local moves are typically billed hourly based on crew size and truck type. We provide a detailed written estimate before your move so there are no surprises.
Can you move a piano or other heavy specialty items?
Yes. Our crews are trained and equipped to handle pianos, safes, pool tables, and other oversized or heavy items. Let us know during the quoting process so we can plan accordingly.
What happens if something gets damaged?
If any item is damaged during your move, file a claim with your moving coordinator within 9 months of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it promptly based on the coverage you selected.
Do you offer commercial / office moving?
Yes. We handle office relocations, retail spaces, and warehouses. We plan around your business hours to minimise downtime and include project management at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your move up to 48 hours before the scheduled date at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
